It is known that construction projects often run overtime and over budget and one of the reasons is lack of accuracy in estimation. Estimation is the process of detailed measurement of labour required to produce final drawings and deliverables of the Project, this is done by our team during the pre-construction phase. This process includes breaking the project down into floors, elevations also Main Steel, Miscellaneous Steels and identifying scope elements for easier estimation. We review drawings, specifications and models to find the quantities and we have developed procedures to quantify the final work.
